A BCBA is a Master's-level professional who designs and oversees Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) programs. They assess each child's strengths and needs, create individual treatment plans, train team members, collect and analyze data, and ensure that therapy goals are evidence-based and effective. BCBAs also collaborate closely with families to support progress at home and in the community.
A BCaBA is a Bachelor's-level professional who also develop goals, provide supervision and support to team members, collect and analyze data, and ensure that each program follows best-practice standards under the BCBA's guidance.

An RBT is a certified paraprofessional who works directly with children under the supervision of a BCBA or BCaBA. RBTs implement treatment plans, collect data during sessions, and help children build new skills through structured, hands-on teaching and play-based activities.

A behavior technician provides direct therapy services to clients under close supervision from the clinical team. While they may be in the process of earning their RBT certification, BTs play an important role in daily therapy by supporting children in learning communication, social, and adaptive skills in a positive and encouraging environment.
